Order Issues
Wrong item received
If by accident we shipped out the wrong item then we will ask you to return it to us and you will receive a full refund including all shipping (purchase & return) costs. If you ship the item before we have instructed you to do so then we will not be able to refund the return shipping. Contact us at Returns@isapera.com to make the necessary arrangements.
Since you will be getting a full refund you may proceed to ordering the correct items as soon as you will receive our email reply, usually within a few hours.
Defective Items
If the items have a defect please take a photo of the issue and email it to Returns@isapera.com along with a brief description of the problem.
We will reply with instructions on how to proceed.
Do not ship the item back before you hear from us.
