Terms and Conditions

ISAPERA is a trading name for "Free Shop S.A.", a company registered in Greece under the business registration number 000507201000registered VAT number 095335215 and registered address at 15 Dimitriou Vasiliou Avenue, Neo Psychiko 15451, Greece.

Isapera's website and related services are made available under the following Terms and Conditions. 

PERSONAL DATA

In order to make purchases on our website, you will be required to provide your personal details. In particular, you must provide your real name, phone number, e-mail address, billing and shipping address. We store your personal data securely and will never sell or share your data with any third party.  

Your payment details (credit card number, PayPal login, etc) are not processed or stored by Isapera. All payments transactions take place in the secure e-banking environment of a certified payment gateway.

WEBSITE SECURITY

We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the internet. When SSL is enabled you will see a padlock at the top of your browser and you can click on this to find out information about the SSL digital certificate registration. You will also notice that when you look at the location (URL) field at the top of the browser you will see it begin with 'https:' instead of the normal 'http:'. This means that you are in secure mode.

ORDERS

All orders are shipped out of our headquarters in our registered business address in Greece. Our official currency is the Euro (€) and all prices and transactions are quoted in Euro (€). All prices are inclusive of Value Added Taxes at the official VAT rate for Greece (24% currently).

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. Our quality control check before dispatching an order might also prevent us from shipping a product that does not meet our quality standards, in which case you will be notified accordingly.

Cancelling or Changing an Order

For any order cancellation or change of address or payment you may email help@isapera.com. You may cancel your order only before it ships. After it ships you may return your order for a refund by following the rules and conditions that apply.

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship from Greece.

Orders placed before 13:00 Central European Time (CET) will get shipped the same day. 
Orders placed after 13:00 CET will be shipped the next working day.
Orders placed during the weekends will be shipped on the following Monday.

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond our control.

Once the order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail specifying the tracking number and a direct link to monitor the status of your order.

Please make sure that someone will be available to receive and sign for your delivery. In case no one is available for the delivery, the courier will leave a message with a contact number you must call to arrange for your delivery.

 

RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase, the item(s) can be returned for a product exchange, store credit or refund within 14 days of the order’s delivery date. In order for returns to be accepted, all items must be in perfect condition with security tag and original packaging.

The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment. Isapera is not responsible for the return shipping or the goods which remain in the ownership of the customer until they have been delivered to ISAPERA. In case the goods get lost, damaged, stolen, or destroyed during the return shipment, the customer should seek damages with the shipping agent that he chose and that he went into contract with. ISAPERA is in no way responsible in any such unfortunate event. 

Returns will not be accepted for items that have been labelled NON-RETURNABLE in the product description. These are usually seasonal or customisable items for which we are unable to accept returns.

ISAPERA reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the return policy detailed online and in the Return Instructions accompanying an order. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order.

  • Product exchange

To exchange a product simply place a new order for the the requested item and complete the purchase as you would normally do, and at your convenience return the unwanted item for a full refund. 

  • Refunds

Isapera will refund:

  1. The amount paid for the merchandise, and
  2. The shipping cost that corresponds to the returning item(s).
    For example if you initially ordered 3 items and the total shipping charge was 15€, if you return 2 of those items the refund on the shipping charge will be 10€ which corresponds to two thirds (2/3) of 15€.

Isapera will not refund:

  1. the return (to: Isapera) shipping costs
  2. any other costs associated with the return process

Refunds will be processed as soon as the returned items have been checked and accepted. Refunds can only be remitted to the initial credit card, Paypal or bank account used for paying for the order. Processing time may vary depending on the bank or credit card company.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Within 14 days of receiving your order you have the right to request a return of your ordered item(s).

  • Contact help@isapera.com
  • Please provide the following information:
    • your order number (ORDxxxx),
    • the returning item(s) SKU or Style/Colour/Size,
    • your requested returning action: Exchange or Refund or Store Credit
    • in case that your return is because of a quality issue or a defect, please let us know about the nature of the problem or defect.
  • You will then receive an email with your Return Authorization (RA) code along with further information and our shipping to address.
  • Once we receive and accept your returned package, we proceed to your requested returning action (Exchange, Refund, Store Credit) and will notify you accordingly.
